In my latest essay I created a business plan for a business idea of mine. It was about raising ducks and selling their eggs. This week I am going to write about the best form of business for my business idea (raising ducks and selling their eggs). The best form of business for my duck egg business would be an LLC. LLC stands for Limited Liability Company. According to Investopedia.com “an LLC is a type of business structure that protects its owners from personal risk while offering the flexibility of a small business and the tax advantages of a partnership”. This means that you can fexibly run a business that you might of just started. It also means that you are not liable for any of the business debts. So if you are starting a business like raising ducks and selling their eggs then I would recommend that you have an LLC form of business.
